- 1 pound cod, flounder or scrod
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- lemon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Step 1
Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Clean fish. Mix bread crumbs with flour. Dredge fish into milk, then bread crumb mixture. Place in pan. Top with melted butter & lemon. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
