CHOPS*****Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Excellent for both and easy too. Makes a nice sauce and tender chops. If I had to do anything different, I would cut each chop into four pieces so that everything gets equally tender and sits in the sauce (would make it easier to stir too, I'm sure)

Ingredients
- 4 servings
- 2 boneless butterfly pork chops from Tarinis (about 12 oz.) cut into four pieces
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
* Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
* Cook on Low setting for 6 - 8 hours.
