Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 9 inch pie shell
- 2 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 Cup water
- 2 Cups blueberries

Step 1
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and salt, mixing until well blended.
Blend in milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees, 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees, continue baking 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually add water. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thickened. Add berries; continue cooking 5 minutes. Cool slightly;spoon over cream cheese mixture. Chill
