Ingredients

  • Skinny Chocolate:
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • Stevia to taste
  • Filling:
  • 2 Tbl coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • stevia to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Base Layer: skinny chocolate - freeze in mini muffin tin, chocolate molds, or shallow dish (can just use half, and save other half to top it with if desired)
Filling - mix till smooth then pour/spread over skinny chocolate.
Can top this with more skinny chocolate if desired.
