Ingredients
- 2-3 ham hocks
- 1-2 cups of leftover ham
- 1-2 Onions to your taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Portuguese sausage (or chorizo)
- 3 cans of bean soup
- 3 carrots cut into bite sized pieces
- 3 potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Cover ham hocks ham, onions and bay leaf with water and let it cook for 2 hours. Add Portuguese sausage, beans soup, carrots and potatoes. Cook until the veggies are tender, about 20 minutes.
