Ingredients

  • 6

    ounces plain Greek yogurt

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 1

    scoop protein powder

  • 1

    cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1

    cup chopped mango (fresh or frozen)

  • 6-8

    ice cubes (may not need if using frozen fruit)

Directions

Place ingredients in blender in order given. Pulse to chop frozen fruit or ice cubes. Blend until desired consistency.
