Chipotle Bacon Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
• 3 tbsp. Onion Onion [Tastefully Simple]
• 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• 9 tbsp. Chipotle Bacon Dip Starter [Tastefully Simple]

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first four ingredients and 6 tbsp. of the bacon dip starter - stir to blend. Place mixture in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Top with remaining bacon dip starter. Bake 55-65 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Optional: You can also add in some tomato sauce to the recipe if you like.
