Ingredients
- 1 egg white, whipped
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 pound shelled raw whole pecans
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Whip egg white with water until frothy. Add pecans and coat well. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Add to pecans and stir well to coat. Put on a large well greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 1/2 hour. Store in air tight container.
