Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) poblano chile, fresh, seeded, deveined, chopped (about 4 medium)
- 14 1/2 oz canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cilantro, fresh, leaves
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 cup scallion(s), chopped
- 1 cup tomato(es), chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process to desired consistency. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving.
