Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream, softened
- 4 cups (1 quart) milk
- 1 quart club soda
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
In punch bowl, combine peppermint ice cream and milk; stir until it reaches a pourable consistency, then add club soda.
Using an ice cream scoop, float scoops of vanilla ice cream in the punch. Serve immediately.
Notes:
Add extra minty excitement by hanging miniature candy canes around the sides of the punch bowl.
