Easy Apple Plum Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh plum fruit (peeled)
  • 1 cup fresh apple, your choice, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down to medium and simmer until thickened. The jam is done when you can put a spoon of it on a glass plate and it does not run, so keep checking it. When done, it is ready to put in hot, sterilized jam jars.
