Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 15 1/2 oz. can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- 15 oz. can corn, drained
- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes (I used the chili seasoned ones)
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 t. salt
- pepper to taste
- Garnish: chopped onion, reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese, fat-free sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Brown turkey, onion, and celery together in a stockpot; drain well.
Stir in remaining ingredients;
bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
Garnish individual servings as desired
