Grilled Ginger-Orange Tuna

Ingredients
- 6 tuna steaks
- 2/3 cup dry sherry*
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 4 cloves garlic -- minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger -- grated
- 2 tablespoons orange peel -- grated
- NOTES : *I use cooking sherry that you can find in the grocery store where the vinegars are.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sherry, olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, ginger and orange peel to create the marinade
Place tuna steaks in the marinade & refrigerate for several hours.
Grill over medium-high heat for approx. 5-8 minutes per side. ( I do mine a little less) You want to be careful not to overcook the fish.
We like ours still a bit pink in the middle.
