Ingredients

  • 6

    cups whole wheat flour

  • 2

    cups white flour

  • cups sugar

  • 4

    teaspoons baking soda

  • 4

    teaspoons baking powder

  • 2

    containers blueberry flavored yogurt

  • 4

    eggs

  • 4

    teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1

    cup butter, melted

  • 4

    cups fruit

Directions

Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, egg, vanilla, butter. Stir mixtures together just until combined; batter will be very thick. Stir in fruit. Scoop into prepared muffin cups. Bake 350F for 25 minutes
