Ingredients
- 8 cups low salt chicken broth
- 1 diced onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 cups (4oz) sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp (2oz jar) diced pimentos, drained
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
- 3/4 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 8 oz skinless, boneless chicken, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 pkg (9oz) cheese ravioli

Preparation
Step 1
In a 6 quart saucepan with lid, combine broth, onion, garlic, mushrooms, pimentos, parsley, curry powder, cumin, and pepper
Bring to a boil; lower heat, simmer 10 minutes
Add chicken and ravioli
Stir; bring to a boil
Cover, turn off heat; allow to stand 10 minutes
