Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup wesson vegetable oil
- 3 cups flour
- pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups slivered almonds
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, until fluffy. Add sugar, and beat well. Add wesson oil. Mix well. Sift flour and salt. Add almond extract, almonds. Place on teflon baking pan shaping into 4 loaves with large spoon. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Cut and put back in oven until brown and crisp.
