Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies

4 servings of chocolate chip cookies... made in the microwave.. and fast and delicious!

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp melted butter
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Use microwave safe glass bowls or ramekins (1 cup size). Scoop mix in equal portions into bowls.

Microwave each dish individually for 1min15sec.

Topped with a single scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yummy!!
