Ingredients
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 8 slices bacon, crumbled (1/2 c)
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c basil
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 c yogurt or sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 400. Line baking pans with foil and spray with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine all but meat..add meat and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Serve with sauce.
