- Romaine lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Avocado, chopped
- Fresh mozzarella, chopped
- Chicken breasts, chopped (use leftover chicken breast from earlier meal)
- Fresh torn basil
- Balsamic reduction (1 cup of balsamic, simmer until reduced to a thin syrup. Cool)
