Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 30 drops Stevia or sweetener of your choice (optional, more or less to your liking)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/8 cup coconut oil
- 2 1/2 cups oats
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Chia
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins or 1 cup fresh fruit (optional)

Bake at 350° in an 8x8 greased pan for 45-55 minutes till dark golden brown or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
