  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 30 drops Stevia or sweetener of your choice (optional, more or less to your liking)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/8 cup coconut oil
  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chia
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins or 1 cup fresh fruit (optional)

Step 1

Bake at 350° in an 8x8 greased pan for 45-55 minutes till dark golden brown or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
