Microwave Fudge

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 lb confectioner's sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 lb butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix first four ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Place the stick of butter on top of the mixture. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
3. Mix well and pour into a 9" x 9" greased pan. Refrigerate until set.
