Ingredients
- 2 cups corn meal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 T oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Blend dry ingredients
Add eggs and oil
Add buttermilk and combine
Put in pans about 3/4 inch thick
Bake about 18 minutes
