  • PUFFS
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup unsifted flour
  • 2 large eggs

Step 1

PUFFS- In a small saucepan combine water and butter. Bring to boil over med. heat. Remove from heat. Immediately with wooden spoon beat in all the flour. Over low heat beat until mixture leaves sides of the pan and forms ball about 1-2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time beat until shiny. Drop dough by rounded teas. onto un-greased Teflon cookie sheet. Bake 400 for 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. To fill cream puffs slice top off puffs and remove any soft dough from the inside. Fill with pudding mixture. Frost tops with chocolate frosting and replace or replace tops and dust with powdered sugar.
