Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Asparagus, raw tough ends cut off
- 1 pint Fresh Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Lite Raspberry or Strawberry Vinaigrette
Preparation
Step 1
Steam asparagus, adding a little salt to the
water, until very slightly soft, but still
crunchy. Wash and stem strawberries and cut in
half.
Drain asparagus well, cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Toss asparagus with strawberries and add dressing.
Chill well before serving.
You can serve the salad without the dressing, and
let each person add their own... it's your choice."
