Ingredients

  • 8 c skinned and chopped tomatoes
  • 4 c chopped green peppers (3 peppers)
  • 2 c chopped onions(2 onions)
  • 1 c red peppers (1 pepper)
  • 1 c chopped Jalopeno peppers(5 peppers)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 c vinegar
  • 1-13 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1-13 oz can tomato paste
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 t paprika
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 t oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce to low for 1 hour or until thickens. Fill jars to 1/2 inch and steam bath for 20 minutes.
