Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salad herbs
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tomato paste
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Put the chicken broth in a well sealed pot.
Sauté the onions and peppers in some vegetable oil until translucent. Add the rice and fry until slightly brown.
Put the onions, peppers and rice in the pot and add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices. Cook for 20 minutes until the chicken broth is absorbed.
Stir in the parsley and serve.
