Ingredients
- 1-2 Lbs Chicken
- Any vegetables
- Sauce
- 1 Cup chicken broth
- 1/4 Cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sherry
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 Tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Chop vegetables and chicken.
Heat oil
Add chicken, stir fry 3-5 minutes until chicken is tender and starts to brown
Remove from heat
In a separate pan add vegetables, stir fry 4-5 minutes
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over vegetables
Add chicken to vegetables
Heat and stir 2-3 minutes or more until sauce is thickened
