Ingredients

  • 1

    C warm water(115 degrees)

  • 2

    Tbsp yeast

  • 1

    Tbsp sugar

  • 1

    C (2 cubes) butter or margarine, melted

  • 1

    C sugar

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • C flour

  • 1

    C warm water

Directions

Mix water, yeast, and sugar, let sit for 5 minutes, until foamy. Add melted butter or margarine, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well. Add second cup of warm water, and flour one cup at a time. Knead until dough is soft. Spray a deep bowl with cooking spray. Add dough and spray top of dough. Cover and let raise for 3 hours. Separate into 3 mounds. Roll out each mound and cut like a pizza (12-16 pieces each). Roll up each piece like a croissant. Raise on baking sheets for about 1 hour. Bake at 380 degrees F. for 10-11 minutes.
