Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh fruit and its juices

Step 1
1. Sift the flour and salt together if possible.
2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and milk together.
3. Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients or use a blender until thoroughly combined. Batter will be thin.
4. Spray a frying pan or crepe pan (sloped sides) with oil or add oil to the pan. Heat to medium.
5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan, swirl so batter covers the bottom thinly.
6. When almost dry, flip. After flipping it will be done in a minute or less.
