This receipe will keep for 6 months!!!

Ingredients

  • 12 cucs peeled and sliced
  • 2 T salt
  • leave overnite = then squeeze out juice
  • 6 oz mayonaisse
  • 3/4 c vinegar
  • 1/2 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

mix dressing with cucs and keep in fridge.

Add diced onions, salt and pepper when making each serving.

Said to keep for 6 months.
