Ingredients
- 12 cucs peeled and sliced
- 2 T salt
- leave overnite = then squeeze out juice
- 6 oz mayonaisse
- 3/4 c vinegar
- 1/2 c sugar
Preparation
Step 1
mix dressing with cucs and keep in fridge.
Add diced onions, salt and pepper when making each serving.
Said to keep for 6 months.
