Peter's Meat

Ingredients

  • Water
  • 1 lb. Rump roast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Minced onions
  • 2 teaspoons five spice powder

Preparation

Step 1

Fill a saucepan with water so only the top half to third of the meat sticks out.
Add salt, pepper, minced onions, and about 2 teaspoons five-spice powder.
Simmer for about four hours.
Cut away the fat after a while.
