Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbs paprika
- 1 Tbs black pepper
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1 Tbs onion powder
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, mix together all ingredients. Rub onto chicken, beef or pork; allow to rest 5 minutes before grilling, or wrap meat in foil and refrigerate overnight to grill the next day.
Yields about one cup, covering 2-3 pounds of meat. Rub can be prepared in advance and stored in an airtight container.
