Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 (1/2 lb) salmon steaks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips

Step 1
Combine cilantro, water, lime juice, cumin, salt, black pepper, and pepper sauce in food processor or blender and puree. Transfer to large zip close plastic bag; add samon. squeeze out air and seal bag; turn to coat. Refrigerate about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400. Spray 9 in square baking dish with nonstick spray.
Spread bell peppers in single layer in backing dish. Bake, turning, until almost tender, about 15 min.
REmove salmon from marinade; discarde marinade. Place salmon on top of bell peppers. Bake until salmon is just opaque in center, about 5 min per side. Cut salmon steaks in half.
