Ingredients
- 1 large wedge or small wheel of Brie
- 1/3 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
Set the Brie onto a serving plate and allow to reach room temperature.
Use the larger pieces of sliced almonds, and discard the little bits.
In a small fry pan, heat the sliced almonds on medium-high, continually tossing gently with a spatula until browned. Once they begin to brown, pour them into a small plate to cool.
Warm the honey, and pour some onto the Brie to provide a sticky surface for the almonds.
Pour the almonds over the honey-coated brie and top with the rest of the honey.
Sprinkle extra almonds around the serving plate, and squirt honey around the perimeter.
Serve with Stoned Wheat crackers.
