BACI CHOCOLATES

  • 300 gm hazelnuts
  • 2 large nutella
  • 2 large cooking chocolates
  • copha

Preparation

Step 1

Roast nuts and crush. Mix with nutella. Put in fridge overnight.

Before rolling into balls put in freezer for 1/2 hour.

Put glad bake on a tray. Roll one small teaspoon in hand and put on tray. Stick toothpick on it and return to freezer.

Sauce:

Chop up 2 large cooking chocolates and melt over saucepan. Cut one piece of copha and melt the copha in chocolate so it is a bit runny.

Then dip balls in chocolate and put in papers. Thake out toothpics and place 1/2 nuts on top and return to fridge.
