Ingredients
- 1 c grated carrots
- 1 c grated potato`s
- 1 c flour
- 1 c white sugar
- 3/4 c raisens
- 1/2 c currants
- 1/2 t cloves
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t cream of tartar

Preparation
Step 1
Add flour and spices mix well.
Add fruit, mix well
melt margarine and mix into batter.
Fill sealers to 2/3 full and give them a steam bath
in canner for 3 hours.
