Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • wax, if needed

Preparation

Step 1

Blend first 3 ingredients. Chill. Using 1/2 tsp of mix for each ball, roll into 24 balls. Place each ball into 1 1/2 inch paper cups.

Melt coating and remaining peanut butter and a small piece of wax, if needed, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Spoon into cups to fill. Chill until firm.
