- 6 piece of bacon
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 6 large or extra large eggs
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella
- butter to grease pan
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Grease pan.
saute bacon without oil
add peppers, saute until cooked.
Meanwhile:
cook spinish as directed in package,
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, blend the mozzarella, parmigiano and the saute mixture.
Bake in oven at 350F
