Ingredients
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 6 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 3 cans (14.5 oz) sliced beets, drained
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to a boil., cook and stir for 3-4 minutes, or until thickened. Add the beets; cook and stir 6-8 minutes longer or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
