Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar. Mix until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate dough 30 minutes. Form into 1 1/4 inch crescent length. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set but not brown. Let stand 1 minute. Remove to wire rack. Cool partially. Roll in powdered sugar.
