- 2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
- 1 TSP ROSEMARY

MIX TOGETHER THE CROUTONS AND STOCK..MASH TOGETHER . ADD REST OF THE INGREDIENTS
CUT LOIN LENGTHWAY BUT NOT ALL THE WAY THRU..STUFF THE PORK TIE TO CLOSE
BAKE AT 325 FOR 1 HOUR
