Ingredients
- 1 c. raisins, soaked and drained
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 4/5 cups flour
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped apple
- 3 c. shredded carrots

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add flour w/ b. soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in raisins, nuts, apple and carrots.
Grease 2 9" round pans. Bake at 350° 50-55 min.
Or if using 9x13 pan bake 45 min.
