Ingredients
- 2 t dry mustard powder
- 1 c water
- 3 t arrowroot
- 1/4 t turmeric
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry mustard and water in saucepan and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Stir in arrowroot, turmeric, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring often until it thickens and boils. Stir in lemon juice and refrigerate the mustard.
