    T Flour

  • ¼

    C Sugar

  • ¼

    C Rice Vinegar

  • ½

    Stick Butter

  • 1

    # Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated

Directions

ROUX: Small Sauce Pan Medium Heat Melt Butter, Whisk in Flour & Sugar. Add Vinegar & Pimiento Liguid Whisk until Mixed - Roux is Ready When it Falls off Whisk in Wide Ribbon or Sheet. Allow to Cool. Large Bowl Add Cheese & Roux, Mix Well with Hands. Cover & Refrigerate to Chill. Great on Crackers or as a Sandwich. Faye H. Briles
