Philly Cheese Steak with Spaghetti

Ingredients
- Steak ingredients:
- 3/4 lb deli black angus roast beef, sliced thin & cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- Cheese sauce:
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c 2% milk
- 1-1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp sea salt [if needed]
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Spaghetti:
- 8 oz wheat spaghetti cooked accordingly to the package

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat until hot.
Then, add and cook onions and peppers until fully cooked & tender.
Then add roast beef, salt & pepper, stirring until well incorporated.
Remove from heat, cover and keep warm.
Make cheese sauce as follows:
In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, stirring for about 2 minutes.
Slowly, add the milk, constantly stirring until it thickens.
Add salt [if needed] & pepper.
Stir in cheddar cheese,until melted and stirring until smooth.
Plate hot spaghetti, top with beef & onions, then top with the cheese sauce.
