Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds(optional)
  • 2 tbsp of psyllium seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large pastured eggs
  • 1/2 a cup of coconut milk or greek yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2.Mix almond flour, flax seeds, psyllium, salt, and baking powder in a
bowl. Add eggs and coconut milk or greek yogurt and mix carefully.

3.Let it sit for 5 mins.

4.Cut the dough into 4 pieces, shape into logs and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for approx. 15 mins.
