Ingredients
- 1 gt softened vanilla ice cream
- 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c. toffee bits
- 6 oz. ready-to-fill graham cracker crust
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon & sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ice cream, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla & toffee bits. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Swirl top. Freeze till firm. Top with whipped cream and toffee bits or cinnamon & sugar.
