Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 gt softened vanilla ice cream
  • 15 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 c. toffee bits
  • 6 oz. ready-to-fill graham cracker crust
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon & sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ice cream, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla & toffee bits. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Swirl top. Freeze till firm. Top with whipped cream and toffee bits or cinnamon & sugar.
