  • 2 PKG DRY YEAST or 4 and 1/2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 1 CUP WARM WATER
  • SMALL AMOUNT OF SUGAR
  • 3 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1 tsp.SALT
  • 2 TBSP OIL

Preparation

Step 1

MIX YEAST AND SUGAR TO WARM WATER AND LET FOAM.

ADD THE FOAMING YEAST TO THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND STIR TO FORM A BALL.

KNEAD UNTIL DOUGH IS NOT STICKY

PUT INTO GREASED BOWL AND COVER.

LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE.
