MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups sifted flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar until light. Blend in vanilla and flour. Stir in nuts. Chill several hours. Shape into balls, 1-inch in diameter. Place on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350F. Roll in confectioners' sugar while still hot.
