WHOLE WHEAT RASPBERRY MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened fresh or frozen raspberries (patted dry or well drained) - can substitute blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients. Make a well, add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir and carefully add raspberries. Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 400F.
